In this 50-minute session, you will work with a dedicated coach to engage in practices that will help restore and nurture your emotional health. Our Montessori Method three-part lesson will set the stage for mastery, equipping you with essential tools to manage trauma and create a sustainable practice for personal growth. This unique session involves preparing a small tote box with household items, taking a picture, and sending it to your coach to confirm your appointment. Upon payment, the list will be emailed to you, and you can schedule your appointment for a Thursday at 3pm or 4pm Eastern Standard time, whichever works best for you.
